"P1" here. (I started the forum )

Currently living in downtown Toronto and wishing I had a garage! I've always love cars, since I was a kid, and became interested in track driving after attending a BMW high performance driving course about 10 years ago. Started a software company several years ago and sold it, recently. So now I have more time to spend at the track (and modding the forum ). I'm also consulting part-time with a few high-tech start-ups in the Toronto area, helping them with strategic planning.

Other interests include music (I play guitar and bass in a "band" LOL with 3 of my buddies), watching racing (any type will do, even NASCAR!!), online sim racing (piloting the #126 Ferrari 360 GTC for Team Hotwheels at the moment) and I very recently bought a 1:12 scale 312T4 Tamiya model kit, which I hope to start building soon. Ok, I realize those aren't really "other interests" since they're almost all car-related!

Hey. Just registered. I am I really the first to introduce myself besides the creator guy? Sweet, my name is Marc. I live in Lillian, AL (near pensacola FL). I have always loved cars, bikes, boats etc.... basically anything that has the capacity to ignite my speed jones. I am looking forward to meeting people who are or would like to be involved with getting on track.

Hey Marc, great to meet you! I just read your profile and saw that you have a Z06. Have any pics? There is a members' car picture thread in the general discussion section!

Thank you! I need to take some pics of my car... actually I have some from a weekend event at autobahn in IL. Almost forgot about that... how could I. What an awesome weekend! I will get a few of those up. We just moved here, but I know that barber motorsports park and road atlanta are two of the closest. I am looking forward to getting to know the tracks in the vicinity for sure.
